The Full Moon in Aquarius shines a light on who you truly are beneath expectations, roles, and old stories. Aquarius is the visionary, the innovator, the free thinker. Its energy encourages you to step back, see the bigger picture, and release anything that keeps you from living as your most authentic self.
This Full Moon invites you to embrace your uniqueness, reconnect with your hopes for the future, and remember that your individuality is one of your greatest strengths.
What You'll Need
A candle (white, blue, or purple)
A journal and pen
A small bowl of water
A crystal if desired (amethyst, clear quartz, or labradorite work well)
A quiet space where you can reflect undisturbed
Step 1: Create Your Sacred Space
Light your candle and take a few deep breaths.
As you settle into the moment, imagine yourself surrounded by a sphere of light. This light represents your highest self—free, wise, and fully authentic.
Allow your body to relax and your mind to become still.
Step 2: Reflect on What No Longer Fits
The Full Moon is a time of release.
Ask yourself:
Where am I holding myself back?
What beliefs or expectations no longer align with who I am becoming?
Where have I been seeking approval instead of honoring my truth?
What part of myself is asking to be seen, expressed, or celebrated?
Write whatever comes to mind without censoring yourself.
Step 3: Release Limiting Patterns
On a separate piece of paper, write down anything you are ready to let go of.
This might include:
Fear of judgment
People-pleasing
Self-doubt
Limiting beliefs
Outdated goals or expectations
Feeling responsible for fitting in
When finished, safely tear up or burn the paper, symbolizing your willingness to release what no longer serves your growth.
As you do, say:
"I release what limits me and make space for my authentic self to shine."
Step 4: Connect with Your Vision
Aquarius is connected to the future and possibility.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself six months from now.
Ask:
What kind of life am I creating?
How do I want to feel?
What dreams am I ready to pursue?
What changes would bring me greater freedom and fulfillment?
Allow yourself to dream without limitations.
Step 5: Set an Intention for Authentic Living
In your journal, write one intention that supports your personal growth and authenticity.
Examples:
I trust myself to follow my own path.
I embrace my uniqueness with confidence.
I release the need for approval and honor my truth.
I allow myself to grow beyond old limitations.
Place your hands over your heart and read your intention aloud.
Step 6: Honor Connection
Aquarius reminds us that while we are unique individuals, we are also part of a larger community.
Take a moment to think about the people, causes, or communities that inspire you. Send gratitude for the connections that support your growth and consider how your gifts might positively impact the world around you.
Step 7: Close with Gratitude
Dip your fingertips into the bowl of water and gently touch your forehead or heart.
Take one final deep breath and say:
"I honor my truth. I trust my path. I welcome the future with an open heart and mind."
Sit quietly for a few moments before closing your ritual.
A Full Moon Reflection
The Full Moon in Aquarius reminds you that you were never meant to become a copy of someone else.
Your ideas matter, your voice matters and your unique perspective matters.
This is a time to release what keeps you small, celebrate who you are, and move forward with greater confidence in your own vision.
The future is not asking you to be perfect.--- it is asking you to be yourself.
